The founder of Black Rock Construction, Mark Sluder, listened to our needs and wants in this new build.  We selected a plan and made modifications to suit our needs.  Mark was attentive to these changes and responsive to our requests.  The Sluder Team includes both his wife, Emily, and his son, Lucas.  Cherie met with Emily to pick out the finishes.  Emily was prepared for the meeting with ideas from Cherie's design requests.  Lucas oversaw many aspects of the build and met with us routinely to discuss progress.
